Spring Compaction Rollers
After spraying Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC), the material should be consolidated through the use of Spring Compaction Rollers, designed to eliminate air voids.
We offer four different types of Spring Compaction Rollers, each designed to suit the wide range of mould shapes and profiles used in GRC production.
Product Features
- Large ‘T’ Type (14cm x 4cm Ø): Tried and tested wooden handled compaction roller for sprayed premix GRC / GFRC
- Large ‘NT’ Type (14cm x 4cm Ø): With plastic handle for better grip and which won’t distort in water
- Small ‘T’ Type (9.5cm x 2.5cm Ø): For complicated moulds, edges and corners
- Extra Long ‘T’ Type (17cm x 4cm Ø): Longer spring section for rapid coverage of large surface area
