Compact Batching Plant

Accurate dispensing of materials used in Glass fibre Reinforced Concrete production is vital for both quality and cost control. The Compact Dry Materials Batching Plant enables this with the push of a button.

The weighed system used in the batching plant allows up to 30 recipes to be programmed, with precise control over the sequence of events.

The system comprises a 160L weigh hopper, diverter valve to dispense into one of two mixers, two screw conveyors and an option of two big bag dispensers (one for sand and one for cement), a hopper, or connection to a silo. Includes a digital control module and pneumatic panel. Combined with the WAAPS 3000 Liquid Dispensing System, this offers quick, precise, and accurate dispensing of all the raw materials required.
