Specialist Equipment for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC)

Power-Sprays has been involved with the development and manufacture of specialist pump/spray machinery specifically designed for GFRC production for over 30 years. Our range includes machines based on progressive cavity "rotor/stator" pump technology for traditional "Hand-Spray" GFRC to peristaltic hose pumps for conveying and spraying Premix GFRC.

In all cases, Power-Sprays utilises tried and tested technology which is proven to work reliably in over 100 countries Worldwide.
We also offer a range of capacities from machines suitable for low volume production to high output machines where there is a need to produce several tonnes per day.
The most popular machines are the PS9000's. However, many experienced GFRC producers are now appreciating the advantages of the higher outputs and longer component life of the larger PS10000's.
