Engineering is the general engineering division of Power-Sprays
Ltd. During its history, Power-Sprays has assembled an extensive
range of traditional engineering skills whose applications
go far beyond the limits of the Power-Sprays core GRC machinery
business. These skills are offered through PS Engineering
and benefit from the long established pedigree of Power-Sprays
quality engineering.
PS
Engineering's highly skilled workforce means that all types
of fabrications, sheet metalwork machining and welding can
be undertaken with confidence.
Where
economy of quantity is available, PS Engineering is able to
offer access to the latest automated cutting, punching and
folding equipment for sheet metalwork.
Fabrication
Shop and Machine Shop capabilities include MIG, TIG, electric
arc and gas welding, powered rollings, punching, pressing,
plasma cutting, guillotine and band saws together with milling
and turning. Paint spraying and powder coating facilities
are also available for quality finishing.
CNC
punch presses and break presses provide a high output low
cost capacity for repetitive fabrications in mild steel, stainless
steel and aluminium.
PS
Engineering's qualified engineers can undertake detailed work
to clients specifications. The latest interactive CAD technology
is available in conjunction with traditional drawing office
support.
In
supporting Power-Sprays range of specialist machinery, PS
Engineering also provides a comprehensive electrical engineering
and control panel building service. This service is also offered
for both one-off control systems and multi-build units. Where
specially designed control cabinets are required PS Engineering
is also able to offer a bespoke service in accordance with
customer requirements.
